Our client, a well-established integrated real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily properties, development, construction, and management across Texas, is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator. This role involves crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive occupancy, enhance investor relations, and support construction projects and recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to uphold the company’s core values of integrity, excellence, growth, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities for Real Estate Marketing Coordinator :
- Property Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new lease-ups and stabilized multifamily properties to maximize occupancy.
- Construction Project Marketing : Partner with the construction team to create and execute campaigns that promote third-party construction services and attract new clients.
- Investor Relations Support : Design engaging marketing materials and communication plans to update investors on project milestones and property performance. Coordinate investor events and presentations to build trust and engagement.
