Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide exceptional support and assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communication: Engage in effective communication to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
Service Improvement: Identify areas for service improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update information in the system as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and reliable customer support is provided.
Problem-Solving: Proactively locate potential issues and resolve them to improve client satisfaction.
Renewals and Inquiries: Assist clients with policy renewals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Claims Support: Provide guidance and support for client inquiries regarding insurance claims, helping to navigate the claims process effectively.
Collaboration with LSP Team: Work closely with the Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) team to ensure seamless communication and support for client services.
Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions and address any payment-related inquiries, ensuring clients have a smooth payment experience.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of client interactions and support requests, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.

Requirements
Licenses: Property & Casualty, TX State
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to effectively resolve client issues and concerns.
Customer Focus: Strong ability to empathize with client needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with a diverse team in an in-office environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer management systems and standard office software.
