- Manage inventory, food costs, labor costs, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop seasonal and innovative menus that align with our brand and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Expertise in menu planning, cost control, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to using top-quality ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- ServSafe Certified preferred.
