Description:
Responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment as assigned throughout the facility. Various tasks include renovation and remodeling of the facility, be able to diagnose and evaluate malfunctions of equipment
Days and Shifts:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Participates in on-call rotation – To Be Determined

Requirements
Educational/Experience:
- Ability to Understand and follow written and verbal directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification with 6 months of hire
- Current/Valid driver’s license
- Dependable and responsible
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- Drives company vehicles, forklift
- Operates boilers and heating/cooling systems as instructed
- Operates power tools and other equipment as directed
- Monitors/Clears walkways, driveways, and parking areas for ice/snow removal
- Snow/ice removal and sand/salt application as appropriate
- Lawn and garden work i.e. mowing, trimming, landscape/tree care
