Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, evaluates and supports moderately complex business systems and user needs for ongoing support and expansion of our Oracle Cloud platform.
- Relies on experience, creativity, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and assigned tasks.
- Performs a variety of complicated information technology projects and tasks.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, business process workflow processes, program functions, and steps required to maintain, and/or modify applications.
- Coordinates and supports unit, systems, integration, and end user testing.
- Maintains and develops ad hoc reports using SQL and delivered reporting tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional business experience in related area or successful professional internship.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with agile system development and processes.
- Possess strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and access methods.
- Work effectively and efficiently, independently, and in a team oriented environment.
- Background Check Required prior to start.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
