What You’ll Do:
- Lead Strategic Operations Initiatives: Oversee global operations activities aimed at reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and implementing optimal routes to market. Guide new distributor partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment with global commercial goals.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Work with teams to design and implement efficient supply chains that support global commercial efforts. Focus on cost-saving opportunities, including optimizing local production and changing routes to market.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Identify and lead efforts to reduce non-value-added activities and enhance service delivery. Improve internal processes, systems, and customer partnerships, with a focus on streamlining communication, enhancing delivery effectiveness, and ensuring seamless service.
- Global Project Leadership: Manage the operations portion of global projects such as new distributor integrations, product launches, and route-to-market changes. Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and progress tracking using project management tools.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with finance, compliance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure a holistic and efficient approach to global operational needs. Help maintain inventory levels across warehouses, ensuring accurate forecasting and avoiding stock-outs.
- Cost Savings & COGS Reduction: Lead efforts to reduce COGS through freight and logistics optimization. Take charge of cross-functional initiatives to implement cost-saving measures that support the global business’s long-term profitability.
- Exposure to Senior Leadership: Work closely with Sazerac’s senior leadership to ensure that operational strategies align with corporate goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with top executives and influence decisions that shape the future of the company.
What You Need:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant supply chain or operations experience.
- 3 years of leadership/management experience in a cross-functional environment.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems using integrated tools.
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
