As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with internal standards, meets customer expectations, and complies with relevant regulations. What Impact Would You Have?


. You'll play a critical role in maintaining our ISO 9001 certification while ensuring the consistent quality of products delivered to customers.

. You will have the opportunity to shape quality control processes, reduce defects, and continuously improve manufacturing efficiency through data-driven insights and analysis.

. Your work will directly affect customer satisfaction by driving corrective actions and resolving non-conformance issues quickly and effectively.


Requirements:

How Would You Accomplish This?


. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team.
. Analyzing data and using statistical tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency.
. Monitor performance through metrics and KPIs; report trends and make recommendations for improvement.
. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and process failures; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
. Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
. Oversee inspections, testing, and sampling procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards.
. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO9001).
. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other departments to drive quality improvements and support new product launches.
. Train staff on quality principles, processes, and tools.

What Are We Looking For?


. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
. 5 years of experience in a quality role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
. Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
. Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
. Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE) – ASQ
. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
. ISO Lead Auditor certification
