Job Purpose: Lucas Oil is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Manager to take charge of Lucas Oil's digital strategy across multiple platforms. This role is key to optimizing our e-commerce presence, managing corporate websites, and leading email marketing campaigns. The Digital Manager will work closely with both internal teams and external retail partners to ensure our digital presence is cohesive, effective, and aligned with broader marketing goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, website performance, and data-driven marketing, with the ability to optimize product listings, websites, and email campaigns to drive customer engagement and deliver measurable ROI.
In this role, the Digital Manager will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, focusing on optimizing retail brand pages and e-commerce platforms. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Marketing Director, you'll ensure digital strategies align with business objectives and contribute to sales growth and a better customer experience. With a strong emphasis on data and performance analysis, you'll help identify new opportunities to improve online performance and support Lucas Oil's long-term growth.
Duties:
- Leads the optimization of our e-commerce strategy by ensuring product listings on retailer platforms are visible, optimized, and performing at their best.
- Ensures product messaging and content remain consistent and effective across all digital channels.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Lucas Oil's corporate websites, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with brand standards.
- Lead SEO initiatives and ensure content is engaging, relevant, and responsive to both consumer and retailer needs.
- Manage email marketing efforts, from content creation to audience segmentation and automation.
- Use data-driven insights to continually improve email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and drive customer loyalty.
- Regularly monitor and analyze digital performance. Report key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align digital strategies with product launches, sales campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives.
