We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the technology operations of our claims processing platforms, including Trizetto and eBix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data integrations, optimizing system performance, and maintaining the overall health of our technology infrastructure
Potential for Remote-Responsibilities :
Technology Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of Trizetto and eBix claims processing platforms.Data Integration : Manage and optimize data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems.System Performance Optimization : Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.Incident Management : Lead the resolution of technical issues and incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, Business stakeholders, Operational leaders, claims, and business units, to align technology solutions with business needs.Vendor Management : Liaise with technology vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly.Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Reporting : Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management, preferably within a TPA or healthcare environment.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Trizetto and eBix platforms, data integration tools, and performance monitoring solutions.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership : Proven leadership and team management skills.Technical Skillset :
Tools : 2-5 years' experience with developing usingMS SQL
