Under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Ancer Leal, DNP, PMHNP-BC, LMSW,
you’ll receive structured mentorship to build confidence in clinical decision-
making while learning to integrate therapeutic techniques with medication
management.
What We’re Looking For: Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Passion for holistic, therapy-informed psychiatric care. We seek providers
who value comprehensive care, not those accustomed to 5 to 15-minute
follow-ups, who prioritize the therapeutic alliance and feel comfortable
including therapy techniques to supplement their medication management.
Strong communicator comfortable with telehealth and virtual patient
relationships.
Interest in collaborative approaches to medication management. Must be licensed in WA and have a DEA already.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and perform procedures such as IV insertion and catheterization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Appropriate Time Management: 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-
- minute follow-ups to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
