Job Description
We are looking for a servant leader District Manager to manage a team of Hearing Healthcare Providers in 20 HACs inside Sam's Club. The District is in the Rocky Mountain region & covers the following state: Colorado. We prefer someone who is either a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist and has management experience in multiple clinics.

What you will be doing:
- Manage a team of HIS/AuDs working in 20 different Hearing Aid Centers inside Sam's Clubs
- Be a resource for your team and help motivate them to meet KPI's
- Travel from club to club to meet with Associates on your team.
Qualifications
- Must live or willing to relocate to one of these states in your district - Colorado
- 3 years of management in a multi-unit setting
- Motivated by helping others succeed
- People-oriented - servant leadership style - help our HIS/AuDs become Rock Stars - don't just read the reports to them
- Tech savvy - MS Excel, Teams,
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Be able to travel - if your HAC is more than a 3 hour drive then you'll travel by plane.
- Licensed hearing instrument dispenser or an Audiologist is a PLUS
