We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Stamping Engineering - Dies team and work with Die Engineers and Launch Manager, setting standards and work processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong Communication Skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently.
Role / Responsibilities :
- Develop end of line studies for brand new, state of the art stamping facility
- Document the system integration process, including process flow, multidirectional product flow and time studies
- Assist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying solutions
- Communicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedback
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as needed

Compensation Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and / or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Base Pay Range (hourly)
34-$48 USD
