We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Seating Systems Team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience. This individual will be responsible for managing periodic engineering changes, supplier related issues, service parts, warranty improvement and leading cross functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate the team to meet commitments to the established timing
- Negotiate with internal and external groups, vendors and customer
- Ability to identify the root cause of a problem, develop corrective action plans and lead the team to an effective resolution
- Proactive Communication: As the central point of communication, the candidate would be responsible to keep the team members aware of their deliverables and timing commitments.
