Lucid is seeking a collaborative, curious, creative, and measurement-obsessed marketing professional to own and elevate our marketing-led webinars and virtual events throughout the buyer's journey. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of our webinar strategy, transforming it into a best-in-class thought leadership and demand-generation program. Your efforts will shape the attendee experience for webinars targeting prospects, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Ownership :
Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy, including key objectives (pipeline-focused), content themes, messaging, and goals across the customer journey.
Manage the webinar process from start to finish-scheduling topics and speakers, overseeing technical setup, and collaborating with stakeholders on creative, content, and promotion strategies.
Execute pre- and post-webinar strategies to maximize impact. Innovate ways to repurpose webinar content for broader use.
Establish benchmarks, measure program effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Report results to stakeholders.
Act as a webinar moderator as needed.
