Responsibilities and Job Description

1. Cash Handling

• Accurately process cash receipts, including store revenue and other income, ensuring quick and precise identification of counterfeit currency.
• Timely record cash income in the cash receipt journal and follow the prescribed procedures for processing cash payments, such as supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
• Strictly review payment vouchers to ensure compliance, accuracy of amounts, and comprehensively record cash expenditure information.

1. Bank-Related Activities

• Support business funding needs, including the opening of bank accounts, application for fund certificates and letters of credit, as well as the custody and use of checks.
• Regularly deposit cash into the bank, complete deposit slips, and reconcile deposit information with the bank to ensure consistency between accounts.
• Handle bank transfers and check cashing, timely obtain bank receipts, record bank income and expenditure details, monitor bank account balances, and promptly report any anomalies.

1. Account Record and Reconciliation

• Record cash and bank transactions daily in chronological order, ensuring daily closure and monthly reconciliation.
• Regularly reconcile cash and bank deposit ledgers with the accountant, assist in preparing bank deposit balance reconciliation statements, identify and resolve outstanding items, ensuring that accounts match.
• Organize and archive all vouchers related to cash and bank transactions to ensure complete and retrievable financial documentation.

1. Financial Data Statistics and Reporting

• Summarize cash income and expenditure data as required and draft preliminary cash flow statements to provide foundational data for financial analysis.
• Assist superiors in analyzing cash flow status, including income trends and expenditure structure, offering data support and reasonable recommendations.
• Participate in financial inventory tasks, accurately reflecting the actual stock of cash and bills.

1. Fund Safety and Risk Prevention

• Strictly adhere to financial security protocols, safely securing cash, checks, seals, and other important items.
• Remain vigilant regarding any abnormalities in cash handling transactions and promptly report potential risks, assisting in improving financial internal control processes to prevent fund risks.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background

• Associate degree or above, preferably in finance or accounting-related fields.

1. Work Experience

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in cash handling or accounting, with experience in the restaurant industry preferred.

1. Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in the operational processes of cash and bank deposit transactions.
• Basic proficiency in financial software and office software, with the ability to use Excel for data entry and simple analysis.
• Detail-oriented, numerically sensitive, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, strictly adhering to financial discipline and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effectively communicating and coordinating with banks, stores, and other departments.
