Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our motel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the hotel/resort amenities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
-Clean Office/Lobby Area
-Shift is 6:00PM-11:00PM and on call between 11:01PM - 8:59AM must be located in Omaha, TX because of the on-call requirement.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Hospitality management or hotel management background is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
