Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their gambling experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the casino. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the casino with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
