Our Customer Service Representative position handles all products to inform customers; answer questions, manage complaints, relieve concerns, and of course meet their wants and needs. You will be helping customers understand what services will work best for them, but also making sure they are satisfied. This individual will be their connection to their customer through the whole process; from signing up, installation, and even returns if necessary. You will also provide support to customers by helping them understand the upgrades that are available to them by upselling their packages from the standard to a more personalized service. With this role, you will be expected to learn and develop your skills in thinking and handling yourself in ways that positively impact our client's experience.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Handling any situation with customers that may arise
- Assisting customers with any questions regarding their service
- Building positive rapport with customers with different personality types
- Participating in daily team meetings to gain new knowledge about our clients
- Problem-solving in real-time to give our customers high-quality service
- Communicating and collaborating with fellow Customer Service Representatives
- Performing above-average client support in quality, customer service, attendance, attitude, mindset, and efficiency
- Delivering all client service with a positive attitude and compassionate manner to maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position:
- Highschool diploma or equal certificate of completion
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Detail Oriented and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solving individual who can follow instructions but can also use their independent judgment to handle any situation
- A goal-oriented individual that can work in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience or client service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, not required but is a bonus
