What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Packer/ Delivery Coordinator position at Lucky Lab Coffee Co.?
Lucky Lab Coffee Company is growing and we are looking to add a PM Delivery Logistics Coordinator to our team. In this position you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day fulfillment and delivery of product to our satellite locations. Occasionally, assistance with corporate catering orders and trips to our warehouse will be required.
This is a full time afternoon position. Shift times vary, but are typically between 9am and 8pm. At least one weekend day is required
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
-Assess bakery inventory and utilize pack sheets to properly organize cafe orders.
-Pack goods with care, to be sure all product remains in tact and is delivered with care.
-Understand and implement FIFO whenever working with perishable product and track any waste.
-Maintain clean and organized storage spaces, adhering to company and government regulation.
-Assist the kitchen team in receiving vendor orders, putting away anything that arrives on shift in it's place and ensuring food safety rules are followed.
-Drive a company van for all deliveries, abiding by local traffic laws at all times.
-Build a delivery route that guarantees all orders are delivered on time to clients and cafes alike.
-Deliver stock to satellite cafes, unloading and putting items away as necessary to align with food safety regulations.
-Assist Kitchen Manager and Catering Manager to prep product as necessary and to spec.
-Communicate effectively with kitchen teams, general managers and leadership to protect the integrity of the function.
-Deliver goods to, or pick goods up from the company warehouse as needed.
-Utilize quick thinking and common sense to be prepared for your shift and following shifts.
This position requires a person that is organized, likes checklists and is extremely thorough. You must be able to move/lift boxes of up to 50lbs, have a valid drivers license and be incredibly reliable.

-Be on time to every shift.
-Maintain a valid drivers license at all times.
-Be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
-Have Sunday availability.
