The approximate pay rate for this position is $65,000-70,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Leadership & Strategy
- Assist with the deployment of strategic training plans.
- Confer with appropriate management to learn about specific work situations and necessary changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to current company standards.
- Travel as required to support company-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate operational training sessions for both existing and new event staff.
- Support new location openings by delivering onsite or virtual training programs.
- Assess and report on the progress of employees during training periods.
- Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to meet business needs.
- Manage and lead the Event Manager Training Program.
- Determine and implement methods to improve training effectiveness.
- Facilitate training classes and working sessions using updated training materials.
- Create an environment conducive to effective learning and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training content is aligned with operational goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Lucky Strike Event Systems
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or managing event operations
- Prior experience in Lucky Strike Entertainment event operations
