Job Information
- This position will work (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday on the afternoon shift
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Reviews unit schedule to ensure the correct release paper is being used for production.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment around industrial machinery
- Makes paper splices, removes rolls of paper from wind-up
- Maintains the web guidance system and accumulator adjustments.
- Maintains paper storage around unit to prevent paper damage.
- Cuts and preps pallets for shipment of material.
- Obtains package material from storage area
- Performs assigned Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) responsibilities.
- Develops an understanding of relevant ISO 9001 Standards and ensures processes are in compliance with quality requirements.
- Must pass a background screen (7 years)
- Must pass drug screen
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Ability to read and write effectively; good communication skills.
- Ability to use physical exertion such as prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing; ability to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to operate forklift in accordance with Ludlow Composites safety policy.
- Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 standards, plant safety policies and procedures and 5S initiatives.
