Ludus is looking for a goal driven, motivated SalesOutreach Specialist to help fuel the growth of our platform by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering market research, prospect data, and performing competitive analysis, while also building relationships with potential clients. This position will involve close collaboration with our Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.

What you'll be doing

Research and Sales Outreach

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and leads that align with company goals.
  • Use various tools to gather information on prospects' business needs and decision-makers' contact details.

  • Generate new opportunities through targeted outbound outreach for handoff to an Account Executive (AE).
  • Contact Data Management

  • Import contact data from multiple sources into the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly audit and clean CRM data by removing duplicates, correcting inaccuracies, and updating outdated information.
  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align outreach efforts and enhance lead quality.

  • Experience in cold-calling, prospecting, or managing customer relationships, even in a "non-sales" role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Willing to take initiative and consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead-generation targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable engaging with new people, explaining concepts, and asking insightful questions.
  • Tech-Savvy

  • Comfort with using Google products, CRM systems, outreach tools, and sales software.
  • Quick to pick up new technologies or platforms that can improve productivity.
  • Curiosity & Industry Knowledge

  • A natural curiosity about learning new industries, products, and the challenges potential clients face.
  • An interest in developing knowledge of the company's offerings and how they can solve customer problems.
  • BONUS Qualifications :

  • A genuine interest in the performing arts industry.
  • Familiarity with using analytics tools or an understanding of how to interpret sales metrics.
  • Experience working with HubSpot is an extra bonus.

  • Interest or experience using AI in sales processes.

    Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) - provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield and Guardian. Ludus pays 90% of the premium on our base plan for employees. Everyone has the choice to buy up to other options. Dependents : Ludus pays 50% the premium.

    401(k) matching - Full match on the first 5% contribution and 50% match on the next 5% of contribution (7.5% contribution match by Ludus if you contribute 10%). 30-day probationary period from date of employment before enrollment.

    Employee Liquidity Pool - Ludus has a long-term focus, but in the event of an acquisition or IPO, a percentage will be allocated to employees.

    Personal Wellness - $50 monthly reimbursement that can be used on anything personal wellness related. Our current employees use it for gym memberships, buying books, etc.

    Experience Credit - $100 yearly reimbursement toward concert tickets, theatre tickets, etc. to encourage shared experiences.

    Role Details

  • Pay Range : $20-$25 an hour Commission
  • Commission structure will be shared during interview process.

  • Location : Hybrid - West Michigan
  • Office locations are Holland & Grand Rapids, MI
