Job Description
SUMMARY:
Leads the accounting department by delivering essential financial insights on all company activities, empowering management to make informed decisions about the future. Upholds Ludvik Electric’s Mission Statement, values, and policies in every aspect of the role.

Financial Reporting Oversight: Manages the Corporate Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly statements, audits, and annual budgets.
Accounts Management: Supervises the disbursement and Accounts Receivable departments, ensuring efficient processing of payments, payroll, and compliance while maintaining timely billing and customer service.
Tax Compliance: Guarantees corporate income tax compliance, ensuring timely completion of returns and maximizing benefits from favorable tax codes.
System Integrity and Collaboration: Establishes robust controls to maintain data integrity, supports the CFO with financial needs, and actively participates in special projects, including the implementation of the new Vista accounting system.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus CPA certification.
Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and banking working knowledge.
Demonstrated very strong technology and software experience, aptitude.
At least ten years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
Viewpoint Vista experience highly desirable.
