What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Closing Paralegal position at Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC?
Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter, a well-established and respected law firm in a multi-state area with multiple locations throughout Georgia is looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join their growing team. This position does require travel between our closings offices, including but not limited to, the Buckhead and Marietta locations. Dependable transportation is required and reimbursement for mileage is provided.
The Real Estate Closing Paralegal will assist real estate attorneys with all tasks related to the residential real estate closing process, which include (but not limited to) collaborating with lenders and agents, HOA interaction, obtaining taxes, greeting customers, opening files, ordering title examinations, etc. Applicants will ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of residential pre-closing or closing experience. Experience with commercial closings and using SoftPro is a plus. This individual should also be personable, hardworking, and have excellent community skills.
Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 DOE extensive benefits package discretionary annual bonuses. Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter offers a relaxed, business casual work environment.
