Real Estate Closing Paralegal - Job description
Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter, a well-established and respected law firm in a multi-state area with multiple locations throughout Georgia is looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal for their Newnan office to join their growing team.
The Real Estate Closing Paralegal will assist real estate attorneys with all tasks related to the residential real estate closing process, which includes managing a high volume of files and multi-tasking in collaborating with lenders and agents, HOA interaction, obtaining taxes, etc. Applicants will ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of residential closing experience. Experience with commercial closings and using SoftPro is a plus. This individual should also be personable, hardworking, and have excellent community skills.
Salary: Starting at $55,000, DOE extensive benefits package discretionary annual bonuses. Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter offers a relaxed, business casual work environment.
