Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and RF scanners.
- Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and organization of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
- Package products for customers as required, ensuring quality presentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or liquor store environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
