Operations Support Specialist
LufCo is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to be a part of generating technical solutions for the customer. Gain exposure to all mission functions, high level and sensitive world matters, and learn the full cycle of mission function - including the compliance side of actual mission functions.
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
- Monitor and triage incoming work items.
- Analyze and compile information to create new action.
- Routes actions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Document and track actions to completion.
- Analyze and summarize key points relevant to government decision makers and organizes and relays government responses.
What You’ll Need:
- A TS/SCI with Polygraph level Clearance is required to support this effort.
- Six (6) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree, or five (5) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or three (3) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree.
- Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of eight (8) years.
- Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management and Information Technology).
- Relevant experience must be performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and can also include working in an area directly related to NSA mission (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Annual salary ranges will be posted upon contract award. Salaries depend on labor category, years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract.
