What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Engineer position at Lufthansa Technik Component Services LLC.?
As the Customer Engineer , you will perform the following duties :
- Proactive familiarization with LHT component maintenance engineering, its processes and constant self-learning
- Support customer maintenance programs and requirements and translate into LHT processes
- Proactive engineering support and component performance review for assigned accounts
- Regular customer interface on topics such as reliability, suspect units, low time component performance
- Attend engineering and technical review meetings with customer (remote and on-site)
- Evaluate and present LHT / LTCS technical improvements to customer
- Work in and maintain various software systems and company e-tools to research, collect and analyze maintenance data
- Collaborate and work along with internal teams distributing technical knowledge and training when required
- All other duties as assigned or required
