What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Painter position at Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.?
As the Advanced Painter , you will perform the following duties :
- Use, adjust, clean; store the tools, machinery and company equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility equipment
- Setup and operate the ovens for paint and epoxy curing to the proper temp and curing time per engine maintenance manual
- Complete all job / task cards as required per repair scheme and company requirements
- Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
- Must know and obey safety rules for person protective equipment
- Frequently work with other employees from other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Repair Crew Chief and Repair shop supervisor to include cross training on other skill sets such as but not limited to plasma spray
