Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Maintain backlog delivery schedule, pricing, updates, and changes to customer delivery schedules
- Realize potential for process improvements for the entire MES and RR network, implement and document changes, provide trainings if necessary and ensure smooth routine
- Purchase materials as required to include: issuing purchase orders, sourcing new suppliers/products, if needed, de-sourcing suppliers as needed and utilizing existing systems to develop and monitor performance toward goals
- Establish Min/Max, Vendor Lead Time, and inventory stock levels
- Responsible for inventory management, procurement of materials and for assigning work, monitoring the schedules of employees, and controlling overtime in the department

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain required
- Fluency in English language required
- MS Office as user
- Application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control such as SAP
- Excellent business sense
