Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others :
- Maintain backlog delivery schedule, pricing, updates, and changes to customer delivery schedules
- Realize potential for process improvements for the entire MES and RR network, implement and document changes, provide trainings if necessary and ensure smooth routine
- Purchase materials as required to include : issuing purchase orders, sourcing new suppliers / products, if needed, de-sourcing suppliers as needed and utilizing existing systems to develop and monitor performance toward goals
- Establish Min / Max, Vendor Lead Time, and inventory stock levels
- Responsible for inventory management, procurement of materials and for assigning work, monitoring the schedules of employees, and controlling overtime in the department
- All other duties as assigned or required
