We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
LCS Office Assistant DUTIES:
- Open & distribute incoming mail
- Invoice Management:
- Organize & distribute incoming invoices/manage LCS AP email
- Scan & enter invoice into appropriate company upon approvals
- Review monthly statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for
- Commercial Property Management:
- Follow up for missing rents/receivables
- Follow up for missing Certificates of Insurance
- Input new leasing information and update as needed
- Vendor communication to set up or fix contracts & accounts
- Internal Loan Documents:
- Update and send to trust attorney and accountant regularly
-Luizzi Construction Services Support:
- Create contracts
- Filing
- Municipality submittals
- Project management assistance as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Year End organization
- Additional Scanning as needed
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
