JOHNSONS SALES ASSOCIATE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Johnsons Sales Associate Responsibilities :
The Johnsons Sales Associate is responsible for the preparation of food, complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and the established food production programs and procedures. Additionally, the sales associate is responsible for working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. The sales associate is a multifaceted position that will keep you engaged in the front of house as well as in the kitchen. The Johnsons Sales Associate reports directly to the General Manager.
Johnsons Sales Associate duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess guest’s needs and aid and information on product features
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and answer their queries
- Adhere to all recipe guidelines
- Always keep work area neat and clean. Clean and maintain equipment used for food preparation
- Follow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standards
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper guest service
- Help team with bagging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functions needed
- Build productive trust relationships with guests
- Comply with inventory control procedures

- Follow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and procedures
