Position:
The Director of Vendor Success will be responsible for managing Lula's Vendor Success team. This role will drive the department's overall success, focusing on acquiring and ensuring the success of Lula Pros (our vendor partners). The Director will bring value through strategic vendor management, data-driven recommendations, and optimizing our maintenance service delivery. This role will analyze results and develop strategic action plans in consultation with the management team. The Director will be responsible for leading our Vendor Success team nationwide while partnering closely with all departments on communication needs, standard operating procedures, reporting requirements, KPI attainment, compliance, and performance measurement. By aligning vendor performance with the needs of property managers and residents, this role will contribute significantly to the efficiency of our property maintenance solutions.
Responsibilities:
· The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Vendor Success team’s daily operations and department strategies
· Nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to develop vendor specific value propositions, positioning the company as a preferred partner
· Inform company’s value proposition, best practices and perspectives to our clients, vendors and our industry peers via events, webinars, and other direct communications channels
· Partner effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to support vendor acquisition efforts
· Managing, training and coaching our Vendor Success Team while developing strategy and monitoring and reporting team KPI’s
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in vendor or sales management (preferably in the property maintenance or property management space)
· Must be able to pass background and drug screening
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to collaborate with different types of maintenance contractors and vendors
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
· Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Able to identify, analyze and resolve problems
· Strong quantitative analysis skills and use of data to make decisions and to influence others;
· Willing and eager to roll up your sleeves and get to know the business at the lowest level of detail
· Experience performance managing, coaching, and improving the metrics of external-facing teams

Annual Salary: $90k-110k
