Are you a talented Senior Product Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up? Lula, a venture-backed property maintenance technology company, is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team. If you're ready to be part of something big and contribute to revolutionizing the property management space, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other design deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
Develop responsive web & native app designs that are user-friendly and visually engaging.
Ensure designs follow mobile design guidelines and best practices.
Work closely with the development team to implement designs and provide guidance during the development process.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Contribute to our design system, best practices, and guidelines to evolve the team's design culture.

Requirements

5 years of experience designing mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web apps.

2 years designing products that simplify complex user workflows into simple intuitive product experiences.

High degree of ownership, with ability to take on large design projects with minimal day-to-day guidance.

Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to use language to help shape user experiences.

Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively present designs to external customers and internal stakeholders of all levels.

Mastery of Figma for design and prototyping.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a startup environment, designing 0-to-1 products.

Experience with graphic design tools, enabling the creation of visually compelling graphics and illustrations to enhance user interfaces.
