Lula, located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Owner/Executive Chef to maintain and exceed standards of excellence every night.
- Lead and manage Front of House staff, ensuring top-tier service and fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Enhance guest experiences by building relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
- Serve as a role model, setting a positive example in all business aspects.
- Cultivate a work environment that aligns with our values through positive communication and support.
- Provide direction, instruction, and education to all Front of House employees.
- Uphold and promote our core values of respect, excellence, and transparency.
- Actively seek community outreach and engagement opportunities to boost sales.
- Manage the reservation platform (Resy) to maximize sales and ensure a superior guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented and passionate about teaching and mentoring others.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and employees.
