-3 years’ experience in food preparation in a full-service restaurant setting
-2 years’ experience in a leadership role relative to this position
Next up is responsibilities and duties of the Kitchen Supervisor:
-Daily operations of the kitchen department and the productivity of its staff
-Maintain a high standard of service efficiency and product quality that meets the expectations of guests
-Displays high-level of knowledge regarding company products and events.
-Oversees the opening and closing functions of the kitchen
-Ensures that the cleaning and sanitation standards of the department are maintained and enforced each shift
-Responsible for maintaining Health Inspection standards and prepares department to effectively meet such standards
-Ensures that crew members follow all recipes, cooking/holding procedures and portion servings correctly
-Ensures all prepped and cooked food items are properly labeled and stored
-Maintain a high standard of service efficiency and product quality that meets the expectations of guests
-Displays high-level of knowledge regarding company products and events.
