Job Summary
The Outlet Store Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by multitasking across various store zones, maintaining operational standards, and fostering strong customer relationships. Outlet Store Associates work as a team to provide superior customer service to all guests who enter the store, ensuring the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and supports the team in meeting business objectives.
What You'll Do
Multitasking in a high-volume retail store.
Mastery of all zones: Fitting room, Register, Greeter, Floater.
Effectively communicate with store management.
Maintain visual standards.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Our customers come first!).
Recognizing and responding to customer's needs with enthusiasm.
Excel in operational standards set forth by management (assist with fitting rooms, help on the floor, act as a cashier, assist in go-backs, provide product and brand knowledge to customers, process new merchandise).
Maintenance of store image; ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and ready for business.
What You'll Need
Previous customer service experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift and move objects of at least 25 pounds.
Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, and walking.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High energy, innate retail personality.
