The Vendor Compliance (VC) Coordinator will be expected to assist in coordinating vendor returns, reviewing a product for issues, creating and delivering reports to Lulus personnel, and tracking holds, returns, and chargebacks on Google dock(s). This position will be responsible for conducting audits of the QC team's production results, and working in Admin WMS to maintain the product pipeline. As a result of this person's efforts, Lulus will be able to provide our customers with high-quality merchandise, as well as ensure streamlined and efficient VC communication, QC, and inbound processes.
This position will be based in Ontario, CA.
What You'll Do

Maintain knowledge of standards outlined in the Lulus Vendor Contract.

Measure and quality check new and updated products by the Lulus Vendor Contract guidelines.

Work cross-functionally with the Receiving, Buying, and Creative teams on product issues.

Assist QC Operations Supervisor with coordinating and consolidating vendor returns.

Maintain return bin accuracy.

Assist in vendor communications.

Work cross-functionally with CA/PA warehouse to consolidate vendor returns.

Troubleshoot and provide reporting on PO exceptions that occur during the IB/QC production cycle.

Daily standard reporting for multiple departmental functions.

Perform audits of QC function and provide insight and feedback to Manager, RTV specialist, and Leads for VC/QC function.

Other duties as assigned by the Operations Leadership team.
What You'll Need

Excellent communication; written (Slack or email), oral, and group facilitation.

Intermediate technical aptitude; general computer & network troubleshooting.

Intermediate knowledge of warehouse processes and concepts.

Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at all times.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.

Ability to work independently and take initiative where needed.

Works well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes competing deadlines.

Intermediate knowledge of Admin, Microsoft Office, and google drive.

Excellent attendance and reliability.

1 yrs. experience in a warehouse operation reporting preferred

Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
