The Desktop Support Technician II demonstrates a broad set of IT technical skills and advanced troubleshooting techniques. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user IT Help Desk tickets. All Desktop Support Technicians report to the IT Manager, Support.
What You'll Do
- General hardware and software support
- Advanced technical troubleshooting with local & remote users
- Process Help Desk tickets and aid in the proper flow of ticket queues
- Heavy communication directly with customers when processing tickets
- Delegate/Escalate tickets to others as needed
- IT asset and inventory management in the asset database
What You'll Need
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with ticket tracking systems
- Prior experience in customer service
- Excellent understanding of computing concepts
- Good understanding of computer networks
- Good understanding of system administration
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linus, iOS, Android
- Ability to work on-site at a Lulus' location (this is not a remote position)

- Experience with technical writing
- Experience with various common software products (0365, Okta, Slack, etc.)

Our job postings include an annual base salary range for the role. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include an annual bonus and other benefit programs.
