Your role will involve building rapport with customers, representing client brands with professionalism, and creating a positive shopping experience. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to making each customer interaction a memorable one, driving brand loyalty and contributing to sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail settings, providing product knowledge and assisting with inquiries.
- Promote and explain product features, benefits, and promotions to customers, enhancing brand visibility.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through product promotion and upselling.
- Stay informed on all product knowledge, promotions, and training materials provided by Luma Marketing Group.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and effective brand experience for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, representing both Luma Marketing Group and our client brands professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
