Become part of the Transportation Revolution! We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for the Fort Collins, CO location.
JOB OVERVIEW:
CSR is responsible for booking Dial-a-Ride trips using the Trapeze system, Greeley Evans Transit trips using the RouteMatch system, NEMT Trips using the web portal and NEMT Manifest, ModivCare using the LogistiCare Portal and Manifest, booking DAT, Transfort Bus Stop to Bus Stop and other special accounts in the MTI Tel Op System. Accurately documenting all the activities associated with those trips both in written form and using the respective applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Courteously deal with drivers, staff & customers
- Dial A Ride Call takers will ensure that the following information is logged at the time of the reservation in order to ensure accuracy of the customer’s trip details when taking a call: for vouchers and DAR reservations
- Communication
- Monitor Reports
- Daily Reservation Checks (ALL THE TIME THIS SHOULD BE MONITORED)
- Weather
- Daily Vouchers (not that we really need to worry about that)
- Reservation Checks by CreDate and CreBy (to monitor their own bookings for the day)
- Accident Reporting (If Applicable)
- Shopping Vehicles (If Applicable)
- Account Trips (If Applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
