- Engaging Prospective Residents: Screen all applicants against qualification standards and achieve a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident.
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude while presenting yourself and the leasing office with impeccable appearance and hygiene.
- Contributing to Team Success: Share creative ideas, participate in brainstorming, and help implement innovative solutions.
- Driving Marketing Initiatives: Conduct off-site marketing efforts and assist in developing strategic marketing plans.
- Building Community: Support resident programs and retention efforts to ensure a positive living experience for everyone.
Qualifications
