About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our growing Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’d be responsible for scaling and expanding our successful digital ads programs across multiple paid media platforms including search, social, and third-party media.
\n- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad content that aligns with Lumafield’s tone and positioning.
- Track campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or paid advertising.
- Nice to have: Ad agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
