Lumberjack Harley-Davidson – Nacogdoches, TX

Are you passionate about motorcycles and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that’s all about delivering legendary service? Lumberjack Harley-Davidson is looking for an outgoing and sales-driven Service Writer to join our team!

Compensation:

• $12-$15 per hour plus commission on total sales
• Expected annual income: $40,000 - $60,000 (hourly pay commission)
• Full-time position (40-45 hours per week)

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off)

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and write detailed repair orders
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and accurate work
• Upsell service packages, accessories, and maintenance products
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records of repairs and services

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is preferred but not required
• Strong background in customer service and sales
• Computer literacy and ability to use standard office software
• A motorcycle license is a plus but not mandatory
• Passion for motorcycles and Harley-Davidson products
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and unafraid to ask for the sale
