The role involves working under general supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. The analyst will assist in solving non-standard problems and support other staff in handling more complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs, define system scope, and document requirements.
- Translate user needs into functional specifications for business system design.
- Develop programs and applications using object-oriented programming, client-server application development, multimedia, and internet technology.
- Assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures, information systems, and utility programs.
- Conduct system testing and diagnosis to ensure critical requirements are met.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years of experience analyzing new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness.
- 4 years of experience testing and diagnosing systems to ensure compliance with critical requirements.
