Job Title: Ld Data Analyst – Data Intelligence
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST)
Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with deep experience in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on deriving insights from healthcare data to support business decisions.
Must-Have Experience:
- 8 years as a Data Analyst
- 3–5 years in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment
- Strong understanding of risk adjustment rules, regulations, and data
- Advanced SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server – SSMS; 4–6 years)
- Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)
- Experience working independently and leading analytical efforts
- Skilled in reconciling data from Pareto vendor files
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Alteryx workflows
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to Quality Stars (nice-to-have)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex data exploration and analytics across large datasets
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights
- Support stakeholders with data questions and resolution
- Research data flow across systems and platforms
- Document technical solutions and business requirements
- Lead data design and delivery to inform business decisions
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field (or 4 extra years of experience)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare industry experience
Salary : $60 - $64
