Job Title: Scrum Master for Audit IQ Product
Purpose:
Lead Agile teams for the Audit IQ product, managing two key projects: Self-Servicing Reporting (BI Product Track) and Machine Learning Track. Drive Agile practices, collaboration, and delivery in a SAFe environment while ensuring alignment with product and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for BI (Microstrategy, AWS ecosystems) and Machine Learning tracks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery and ensure effective use of Agile practices.
- Manage impediments, promote continuous improvement, and drive a Lean-Agile mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in Agile methodologies, including 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- SAFe certifications (mandatory).
- Jira expertise (mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
- Background in healthcare.
- Experience with AI/ML products.
- Proven success in a product-focused environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and Agile expertise.
- Familiarity with BI tools and AWS ecosystems.
- Proficient in Jira and Agile tools for tracking and metrics.
