- Operational B2B resource
- Hands on experience in IBM Sterling gateway
- 5 to 7 years experience
- IBM products - IBM Sterling gateway – sfg (file gateway) – file inbound and outbound, ITX mapping – MUST HAVE
- Admin kind of work with IBM Sterling gateway
- Healthcare claims experience is MUST HAVE – dealing with 837 records is MUST HAVE
- Ensure that resources are ready to do production support
- Certification is nice to have
- Axway – secure transport is the tool they use for file transfers
- Linux and Unix will work
- Java J2EE is NICE TO HAVE (they must have worked previously before getting into IBM products)
- Production support role – root cause analysis
