Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions, applying adult learning principles to engage learners and drive behavioral change.
- Analyze business trends and feedback from training sessions to refine and enhance training content and delivery.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with coordinators to schedule training sessions and manage related logistics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training or teaching adult learning modules to large audiences.
- In-depth understanding of adult learning methods and delivery principles.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video editing software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and engage diverse groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle customer service demands from internal and external stakeholders, including those who may be challenging.
